We have a set returns and refund policy and when purchasing from us this is followed and should be noted:
- products you purchase may have a waiting period and this will be disclosed BEFORE purchase and is visable on our website
- We do not give Pro-Rata refunds on subscriptions all subscriptions run month to month from the day you signed up as that is how we get billed, all plans are however one off or month to month and we do not provide contracts
- Refunds on devices purchased which are not faulty or damaged will be considered on a case to case basis
- If a order takes alot longer to arrive than the provided timeline we can provide a refund if it was not shipped from us to your address yet
- We try to always keep our clients happy so should you have any questions or need any information you can always give us a call or send us a whatsapp/email and we will try our best to come up with a resolution that works for you
Ts&cs:
- Items which are in stock are shown as in stock and products which have a waiting period so please check the stock status before ordering
- In most cases we will cover all courier fees to your country but in some countries we may need to charge additional courier fees and customs clearing fees if we do not have a network established there
- All sales and purchases will be through us as we are not authorised resellers for some of the brands we sell so your invoices will be from a company within the NetGroup should you require one and they will be for the services and also import assistance which is offered
- We may require additional documents if required by Mozambican law
- All fees are transparent and there are no additional card processing fees or transfer fees charged by us
